6. Remove the cotter pin (Figure 23) from the
hinge rod and remove the rod.
7. Remove the top manifold bolts (Figure 24) at
each corner.
Note: The pump wrench can be used with a
hammer to remove the manifold bolts.
8. Install manifold mounting studs (Figure 25)
into the two open holes to allow for easier
installation of the new manifold.
Note: Manifold mounting studs can be pur-
chased from Jetstream.

9. Continue removing the remaining manifold
bolts.
