Troubleshooting
Remove the following parts before troubleshooting
Side cover Seats Front light cover
Use the following special tools for troubleshooting:
The headlamp, indicator light, tail lamp and /pr instrument lamp fail to come on
Note
Pocket tester
No continuity
1. Bulb and bulb socket
Check the bulb and bulb socket for continuity
continuity
Bulb and /or bulb socket is fail, replace it.
No continuity
The fuse tube is broken, replace it
Incorrect
3. Battery
Check the battery condition
Refer to
Battery section in chapter 3
Eletrolyte specific gravity: 1.280 20
Replenish distilled water
Clean battery terminal
Charge or replace battery.
2. Fuse
Discharge the fuse.
Connect the pocket tester (
1) the the fuse tube.
Check if the fuse tube is continuity.
