Insert the shaft through the handlebar
post and place a wave washer over each
side, then attach the right and left swing
armsusingaatwasher,springwasher
and hex bolt on each side.
Attach the pedal support at the bottom
of the swing arm to the crank using the
hinge bolts, wave
washers, spring washers and nylon nuts.
*Turn the right bolt clockwise and the
left anti-clockwise.
Attach the footplates to the support bars
usingtwohexbolts,atwashersand
nylon nuts for each side.
Each pedal, crank and swing arm will be
labelled ‘R’ and ‘L’.
Feed the wires from the pulse plate han-
dlebars through the post and pull them
out the top.
Secure the handlebars to the post using
two inner hex bolts and spring washers.
Then add the clamp cover over the top.
