Centrifugal clutch
Dismantling, mod. 625
Dismantle the clutch from the crankshaft.
Remove the clutch spring.
Clean and inspect the clutch parts for
damage and wear.
Inspect the chain gear and clutch drum
splines for wear and damage.
Replace worn parts.
Dismantling, mod. 625
Replace the plug with piston stop No. 502
50 33-01 and dismantle the clutch from
the crankshaft.
Remove the clutch spring by means of
tool No. 502 50 49-01 and a screwdriver.
Clean and inspect the clutch hub’s spokes
and clutch shoes for wear.
There must be a thickness of at least 1
mm left at the most worn point on the
clutch shoes.
All the shoes must be replaced at the
same time.
Inspect the chain gear and clutch drum
splines for wear and damage.
The inner diameter of the clutch drum
must not exceed 79.8 mm.
Replace worn parts.
