About Charging
Charger
Included with your new Jorvik Tricycle is a Lithium-Ion
baery, along with its charger. The charger plugs into a
standard wall outlet.
A lithium-ion baery requires specially designed
chargers. Never charge your baery with a substute
charger not designed for your Jorvik Tricycle. Use of an
unsuitable charger could result in damage to the baery,
overheang, re or explosion.
Charging the Baery
The Jorvik tricycle baery maybe charged while on the
tricycle or removed and charged away from the
tricycle. The baery is easily removed by turning the
key to the unlock posion and holding while pulling up
on the baery. The baery may be s to remove for
the rst few mes.
To charge the baery, plug the charger into an AC
outlet. The LED indicator should be green when not
plugged into the baery. While charging the baery
the LED on the charger will display red and green once
it is fully charged.
A fully depleted baery should be fully charged
between 6-8 hours.
