  An abnormal reading on your JOYTECH Blood Pressure Monitor can occur if the armband is either too tight or too loose, or incorrectly positioned. Ensure the armband is correctly rolled. Movement during measurement or interference with the electronic sphygmomanometer can also cause this, so stay still and keep the monitor steady. Speaking, nervousness, or emotional state can affect readings; instead, take deep breaths to calm down. Finally, incorrect posture during measurement can lead to inaccuracies; adjust your posture as described in the “Blood pressure gauge Wearing” section.
