To pack a wireless LAN controller for shipping:
1. Disconnect power from the wireless LAN controller by pulling out the power adapter
cable.
2. Remove the cables that connect the wireless LAN controller to all external devices.
3. If the wireless LAN controller is installed on a wall, rack, or cabinet, have one person
support the weight of the wireless LAN controller while another person unscrews and
removes the mounting screws.
4. Remove the wireless LAN controller from the wall, rack, cabinet, or desk and place
the wireless LAN controller in an antistatic bag.
5. Place the wireless LAN controller in the shipping carton.
6. Place the packing foam on top of and around the wireless LAN controller.
7. Replace the accessory box on top of the packing foam.
8. Close the top of the cardboard shipping box and seal it with packing tape.
9. Write the RMA number on the exterior of the box to ensure proper tracking.
