DDRP (Dynamics Detection Recording
Processor) recording
DDRP recording is performed with suitable
JVC CD players and the recording level
adjustment is performed automatically.
Since recording level adjustment is performed
automatically for different types of tape (nor-
mal, CrOz and metal), the adjustment of
INPUT LEVEL control is not required.
Read the instruction book of your CD player
carefully.
Erasing
When recording on a prerecorded tape, the
previous recording is automatically erased
and only the new program is recorded on the
tape.
To erase a tape without making a new record-
ing...
Follow the section “RECORDING” but in step
@, set the INPUT LEVEL control to MIN.
Automatic record muting (Deck B)
A. To leave non-recorded sections of
about 4-5 seconds automatically
1. When the undesired section comes during
recording, press the O REC/REC MUTE
button and release it.
2. The REC indicator flashes and a non-
recorded section is made during record
muting operation.
About 4-5 seconds later, the tape auto-
matically stops, and the unit enters the
record-pause mode.
3. Press the PLAY button to start recording
again.
B. To leave non-recorded sections of
more than 4-5 seconds
1. Keep the O REC/REC MUTE button
pressed continuously as long as you want
to make a non-recorded section. By
releasing the finger from the button after
the above operation, the unit enters the
record-pause mode.
2. Press the PLAY button to start recording
again.
C. To leave non-recorded section of less
than 4 seconds
When the undesired section comes during
recording...
After the O REC/REC MUTE button is
pressed, press the PLAY button before the
unit enters the pause mode to start recording
again, or press the §IPAUSE button to enter
the record-pause mode.
e The PEAK LEVEL INDICATOR lights even
during record muting according to the
input level which can be heard from the
Speakers or headphones so that recording
Can be resumed at the exact point on the
tape.

DDRP-Aufnahme ist in verbindung mit einem
geeigneten JVC CD-Player méglich. Die
Aufnahmeaussteuerung wird automatisch
geregelt. ;
Da der Aufnahmepegel automatisch fir alle
Bandsorten (Normal, CrO> und Metall) aus-
gesteuert wird, ist die Einstellung von INPUT
LEVEL-Regler nicht erforderlich.

CD-Players aufmerksam durch.
Detection
Léschen
Bei der Aufnahme auf ein bereits bespieltes
Band wird die vorherige Aufnahme automa-
tisch geléscht und nur das neue Programm
auf Band aufgenommen.
Léschen des Bandes ohne Neuaufnahme .. .
Wie im Abschnitt “AUFNAHME”, Sie stellen
jedoch bei Schritt @ die INPUT LEVEL-
Regler auf MIN.
Automatische stummaufnahme (Deck B)
A. Automatisches Herstellen unbespielter
Abschnitte von etwa 4-5 Sekunden
Dauer
1. Wenn der ungewiinschte Abschnitt
wahrend der Aufnahme vorkommt, die O
REC/REC MUTE-Taste driicken und
wieder loslassen.
2. Die REC-Anzeige blinkt, und ein unbe-
spielter Abschnitt wird hergestellt.
Nach etwa 4-5 Sekunden stoppt das Band
automatisch, und das Gerat schaltet auf
Aufnahme-Pause.
3. Zum Fortsetzen der Aufnahme die PLAY-
Taste driicken.
B. Herstellen unbespielter Abschnitte mit
einer Lange von mehr als 4-5 Sekunden.
1. Die O REC/REC MUTE-Taste so lange
gedrickt halten, wie der unbespielte
Abschnitt dauern soll.
Wenn die Taste losgelassen wird, schaltet
das Gerat auf Aufnahme-Pause.
2. Zum Fortsetzen der Aufnahme die PLAY-
Taste driicken.
C. Herstellen von unbespielten Abschniten
von weniger als 4 Sekunden
Wenn der ungewinschte Abschnitt wahrend
der Aufnahme vorkommt...
Nach Driicken der O REC/REC MUTE-Taste
die PLAY-Taste driicken, bevor das Gerat auf
Pause schaltet, um die Aufnahme fortzuset-
zen. oder die 1§ PAUSE-Taste driicken, um
auf Aufnahme-Pause zu schalten.
e Die Spitzenpegelanzeige leuchtet auch
wahrend der Stummaufnahme entspre-
chend dem Eingangspegels, weiches
uber Lautsprecher oder Kopfhdrer
gehért werden kann, so daB die Auf-
nahme exakt an der gewinschten.
Bandstelle fortgesetzt werden kann.

Enregistrement DDRP (Processeur d’enre-
gistrement a détection de dyna-mique)
L’enregistrement DDRP est effectué avec des
lecteurs de disque audionumérique JVC
adéquats et le réglage du niveau d’enreg-
istrement est fait automatiquement.
Comme le réglage du niveau d’enreg-
istrement est effectué automatiquement pour
différents types de bande (normal, CrOs et
métal), le réglage des commande INPUT
LEVEL n’est pas nécessaire.
Lire avec soin le manuel d’instructions de
voire lecteur de disque audionumérique.
Effacement
Lorsque’un enregistrement est effectué sur
une bande préenregistrée, l’enregistrement
précédent est effacé automatiquement et seu! .
le nouveau programme est enregistré sur la
bande.
Pour effacer une bande sans effectuer un
nouvel enregistrement. . . .
Suivre la section “ENREGISTREMENT” mais,
dans !’étape @, placer la commande INPUT
LEVEL sur la position MIN.
Enregistrement silencieux automatique
(Platine B)
A. Pour laisser automatiquement des sec-
tions non enregistrées d’environ 4-5
secondes
1. Lorsque la section non désirée se présente
lors de l'enregistrement, appuyer sur la
touche O REC/REC MUTE etla relacher.
2. Lindicateur REC clignote et une section
non enregistrée est laissée pendant que
lenregistrement silencieux fonctionne.
Environ 4-5 secondes plus tard, a bande
s'arréte automatiquement et l'appareil
entre en pause d’enregistrement.
3. Appuyer sur la touche PLAY pour repren-
dre l’enregistrement.
B. Pour laisser des sections non enreg-
istrées de plus de 4-5 secondes
1. Maintenir la touche O REC/REC MUTE
appuyée aussi longtemps que vous
voullez que la section non enregistrée
dure. Quand vous relachez la touche,
l'appareil entre en pause d’enreg-
istrement.
2. Appuyer sur la touche PLAY pour repren-
dre l’enregistrement.
C. Pour laisser des sections non enreg-
istrées de moins de 4 secondes
Quand Jes sections non désir@es se présen-
tent pendant l’enregistrement.
Apres avoir appuyé sur la touche O
REC/REC MUTE, appuyer sur la touche
PLAY avant que l'appareil n’entre en pause
pour reprendre l'enregistrement, ou appuyer
sur la touche Hl PAUSE pour entrer en —
pause d’enregistrement.
e Liindicateur de niveau de créte (PEAK
LEVEL INDICATOR) s’allurme méme pen-
dant l'enregistrement silencieux, selon le _
niveau d’entrée qui est audible a partir
des enceintes ou du casque d’écoute,
pour pouvoir recommerncer _ l’enreg-
istrement en temps voulu.
