Setting Description
Off Does not control.
Mode 1
Expands the dynamic range of video expression.
With weaker control than “Mode 2”, the change is gentle.
Mode 2
Expands the dynamic range of video expression.
With stronger control than “Mode 1”, it will change clearly according to the scene.
* This item is not available when “Low Latency” is set to “On”.

For changing the brightness through controlling the aperture.

Setting range: -15 (stops down) to 0 (opens up)

The aperture is controlled dynamically according to the image information by analyzing the state of the video image in
real time.
Setting Description
Auto 1 Places emphasis on the gradation.
Auto 2 Image contrast is enhanced.
Manual Does not perform dynamic control.
Select this setting to perform adjustment manually.
*1 Manual adjustment is disabled in the “Auto 1” and “Auto 2” setting.
To perform adjustment manually, select “Manual”.
*2 When the
setting is changed to Auto after performing manual adjustment, the value set manually will be used as
the aperture value for Auto.
*3 When “Low Latency” is set to “On”, the setting is fixed at “Manual”.
