5. OPERATING THE LOCK
Testing the initial operation of the 2015 should be done with the door open
during the following procedure.
1) Rotate the turn knob to the left (counterclockwise) to the stop position, then
release.
2) Enter your combination by depressing and releasing the appropriate buttons;
the factory combination has been preset to 2 and 4 together, then 3.
A slight click should be felt when the buttons are depressed.
3) Turn the turn knob to the right (clockwise) to the stop position and hold.
4) Check to make sure that the latch is fully retracted.
5) Release the turn knob.

• Do not force the turn knob at any time.
• Make certain that each button of your combination is fully depressed, then
released before turning the turn knob to the right (clockwise) to retract the
exit device latch.
• Before attempting to enter a combination, turn the turn knob to the left
(counterclockwise) to the stop position, then release.
6. CHANGING THE COMBINATION
Read all of the instructions (continued on following page) before attempting to
change a combination.

• Do not force the turn knob at any time.
• Make certain to depress each button fully and release. Do not hold the
combination buttons depressed.
• Turn the turn knob to the left (counterclockwise) to the stop position and
release to clear the lock before attempting to enter the existing combination.
You can easily set a new combination using any or all buttons, in any order,
separately and/or pushed at the same time as other buttons. You cannot use
the same button more than once in a combination.
