Arrow keys
are used to navigate through screens and menus on your
SmartVision.
The mouse left button
is used to select an item on the SmartVision’s screen.
Click on the "Ends with assistance" option on your smartphone to stop the sharing
session at any time.
The support person can also end the session by pressing the "F11"
key on
his/her computer.
Browser
The "Browser"
application is used to access the Internet. By default, the Google
search engine is displayed on the main page. Use the navigation keys to browse the
different items of the page. Press "OK" to open a link or a web page. Press "Back" to
return to the previous page. Press “Menu” to access the following internet options:
- "Search or type URL" this option allows you to launch a quick search. Press
"OK" to open the edit field and then type your text. Press "OK" one again to
start the search.
- "Back" to return to the previous page.
- "Forward" to return to the next page (if available).
- "Stop" to stop the loading of the page.
- "Refresh" to actualize the current page.
- "Home" to return to the main screen of the application
- "Tab management" to manage all opened web pages.
- "New tab" to open a new web page
- "Bookmarks" to manage your favorite web pages (modification, deletion,
access).
- "Save bookmarks" to set a web page as favorite.
- "History" to view all the visited web pages.
- "Share page" to send a web link by SMS or Email
- "Page info" to display the URL of the page
- "Settings" to show advanced settings (General options, accessibility, default
search engine, etc.).
Please note: While reading a web page, you can use the keypad control mode “long
press “Hash Mark” followed by "Up" or "Down" keys to change the granularity level
of the navigation. This option offered by Google Accessibility scripts can change the
navigation mode using "up" and "down" keys. The different level is: group, object,
sentence, word or characters.
Please note: You can also search the web using the "Search" application. Web page
loading is indicated by a beep.
