4 Accurately attach the MULTIflex (LUX) instrument to the MULTIflex coupling
and push it to the rear until the coupling audibly locks into the medical
device.
4 Check the secure fit of the (LUX) instrument on the coupling by pulling on it.
5.4 Pulling the handpiece off
4 Grasp the coupling and pull the instrument forward while twisting it slightly.
5.5 Regulating spray
4 Rotate the spray ring on the MULTIflex coupling in order to regulate the wa-
ter supply.
ð The water volume can be regulated by selecting one of various stop pos-
itions.
4 Turn the spray ring clockwise to reduce the water volume.
4 Turn the spray ring anticlockwise to increase the water volume.
