It does not cover any additional expenses as a result of the failure of your motorcycle, such as expenses generated
by repairing a breakdown in an isolated area (travel, transportation, etc.), any expense related to personal or
property damage, as well as compensation for loss of time, business losses or expenses generated by the
substitute vehicle during the period that the unit is under repair. The delay in carrying out the work under the
Guarantee does not give the right to compensation or extension of the same.
It does not cover the expenses and/or procedures of legal actions before any authority as a result of any failure or non-
conformity with your motorcycle.
It does not cover the expenses incurred in the event that you had to pay to move the motorcycle to the nearest
KEEWAY Authorized Service Center as well as all expenses incurred by contacting or following up on the repair of
your motorcycle, such as telephone, transportation costs, meals, lodging, etc.
In case there is a failure in your motorcycle and its repair is not authorized as a guarantee by KEEWAY
personnel due to negligence of the owner, different use for which the motorcycle was designed, lack of
maintenance services and/or or failure to comply with any of the guidelines of this policy. The customer will
be responsible for paying the cost of said inspection or repair to the KEE-WAY Authorized Service Center.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY MOTORCYCLE HAS A FAILURE AND I WANT TO MAKE IT VALID AS A
WARRANTY?
In the event that your motorcycle has a fault, you must follow the steps detailed below.
1. You will need to read the user manual to check if you can solve the problem yourself. If you have
any questions, you can call our Service Hotline 01 800 908 08 08.
2. If you cannot resolve the fault, you must take your motorcycle by your own means to the nearest
KEEWAY Authorized Service Center to evaluate the cause of the fault.
