3. If the warranty repair proceeds, the Authorized Service Center will directly request the claim from the
manufacturer.
4. It will be essential for your warranty to be valid:
a) Provide a copy of your invoice or invoice letter that shows the serial number of your motorcycle.
b) Provide a copy of your official identification.
c) All its services are up to date within the established time and manner. (Electronic service card)
Failure to comply with any of the maintenance services and/or having performed them in an
UNAUTHORIZED workshop will be sufficient cause to lose the Warranty. Your motorcycle's warranty is valid
at all Authorized Service Centers located in the country.
HOW CAN I LOSE MY WARRANTY?
You are responsible for ensuring that your warranty remains valid. If you follow all of our recommendations you
will not have any problems, however we specify very important points that you must take into account so as not to lose
your warranty.
You will lose your warranty:
In the event that the activation of the motorcycle has not been carried out by a technician from the KEEWAY Authorized
Service Center.
If you do not perform any of the maintenance established in your Service Card, for not performing them within the
established period of time or for performing them in workshops not authorized by KEEWAY.
In case the Authorized Service Center has not reported the service. You will need to make sure you receive your proof
of registration.
