AUTHORS
Claudia Burns is the founder of Breadwinners, an
international network of baking instructors who teach
bread-baking in their homes. In addition to her skills as
a teacher and baker, she authors a monthly BREADS
column for the Food Section of The Milwaukee Journal.

opened the door to the world of automatic breadmaking
for Claudia. She has created these recipes to enhance
your baking pleasure.
Food has always played an important role in the life
of Tom Lacalamita, who was raised in a family of chefs
and purveyors. Tom has taken this knowledge and applied
it to the world of appliances in pursuit of designing the
"ultimate" in kitchen gadgets. Being involved with
automatic bread makers the past five years, Tom has
taken the features most people have been asking for and
successfully put them altogether in a nice neat package
called the Kenmore Choice Bread Machine.
