Transmit/ Receive/ Battery low indicator
The indicator lights in different colors to indicate the current status of
the transceiver.
Lights red while transmitting and green while receiving.
Flashes red when the battery power is low while transmitting. Replace
or recharge the battery pack when the battery power is low.
Note:
This indicator can be disabled by your dealer.

Lever switch
Switch the toggle position to activate its programmable function.
Switch to position A or B to turn on the function programmed to it.

Auxiliary (orange) key
Press to activate its programmable function.

Side 1 key
Press to activate its programmable function.
G
PTT (Push To Talk) switch
Press and hold, then speak into the microphone to call a station.

Side 2 key
Press to activate its programmable function.

Side 3 key
Press to activate its programmable function.

LCD display
Refer to “DISPLAY” {p. 21} .

Press to activate its programmable function. The default key setting
is [Menu].

Press to activate its programmable function. The default key setting
is [Function].

4-way D-pad
Press to activate its programmable function.
[H] : The default setting is [None].
[I] : The default setting is [None].
[J] : The default setting is [Zone Up].
[K] : The default setting is [Zone Down].
