Group Link Scan 6.9.2
Pressing and holding down the [MHz] key starts Group Link Scan.
Group Link Scan is a feature for scanning only the memory groups registered in the group
link via Menu No. 203.
For example, to scan only the amateur radio bands 144 MHz and 430 MHz in the registered
name examples given above, both "GRP-0" and "GRP-1" need to be registered in group
link.
Program Scan Memory 6.9.3
There are 50 sets (100 channels) of program scan memories for specifying the scan range.
Each program scan memory comprises a set of two (2) channels, each corresponding to the
lower and upper frequency limits respectively.
For example, to scan between the range of 145.500 to 145.900 MHz, register 145.500 MHz
to channel number "L49" and 145.900 MHz to "U49".
When the frequency enters the program scan range in the VFO mode, the program scan
number that is currently applied will be displayed.
Indicates the range of Program Scan No. 49.
