6 Troubleshooting
All work exceeding the activities described in Chapter may only be carried out by specialist staff (see 2.2).
• Pay attention to the notes described in 5.1 and perform these if necessary

Battery fault Battery is missing, is faulty or voltage too
low
Check battery connection, if necessary
Replace battery.
Power outage Power supply has failed None, general power outage
Fuse for complete system faulty Determine the reason for the fuse
failure and replace the fuse if
necessary or switch it on
Device fuse (microfuse) failed Have the fuse checked or replaced by
specialist staff.
Mains supply cable interrupted Check mains supply cable
Level fault Illogical sequence of levels detected inform Customer Services
Alarm level exceeded Power outage Restore power supply
Wastewater pump has overheated,
winding temperature switch has triggered
Self-resetting when the motor cools
down. Replace pump if the temperature
fault persists.
Level sensor (oat switch) blocked by
