Reading Relay Cycle Count
The DIAGnostic:RELay:CYCles? command queries the cumulative number of
operational cycles (relay cycle count) for any of the 512 crosspoint relays in the
34934A module, since it was last reset. The query can be used for a single channel
or list of channels.
Example: The following command returns the cycle count at row 8, column 28,
with the module in Slot 4 and configured for 8x64 mode.
