What can go wrong?
5 Line input fuse and spare.

Red LED not lit
Check that power is supplied to the meter.
Check the power meter fuse. (see step 5)
Fails sel f test(s)
If there are any self-test failures the meter is defective. Contact your
nearest Keysight Service Center (Refer to “Sales and Technical
Support” on page 11).
