Measuring AC (RMS) or DC Current up to 10 A
– Measurement ranges:
– 5.000 A, 10.000 A for DC or AC RMS continuous
– 12.000 A DC or AC RMS for maximum 30 seconds
– Shunt resistance: 0.01 Ω to 100 Ω for 500 μA to 10 A ranges
– Input protection: Internal 25 A, 440 V fuse for 10A terminal,

3 Power off the measured circuit.
4 Connect the red and black test leads to the A input terminal as shown in
Figure 1-13.
5 Probe the test points in series with the circuit.
6 Power on the measured circuit and read the display.
