Press Run to continue. Feed documents. If there are
no more documents, press the End key.
System Administrator Action
Verify correct operation. If the error message persists,
call service.
Operator Action
Press the C (clear/cancel) key to clear the error
message (optional), press the Stop key to stop the
transport, then input the desired function code.
NOTE: The End key can be used in place of the Stop
key but the scanner will be disabled from the
host; to continue scanning after pressing the
End key, the system administrator must
enable the scanner from the host.
This error message is just a warning to the operator; if
the displayed error message is ignored the present
scanning can be continued and the error message will
be cleared at the completion of scanning when the
Stop or End key is pressed. If the error message
persists, contact the system administrator.

If required, enable the scanner from the host. Verify
correct operation. If the error message persists, call
service.

Press the C (clear/cancel) key to clear the error
message (optional), then press the F key and input
the Select Application Mode function code (01, or 1)
and a valid Application Mode number (1–18) or
continue operation in the current Application Mode.
This error message is just a warning to the operator; if
the error message is cleared by pressing the C (clear/
cancel) key, normal scanning can be performed in the
previous Application Mode. If the error message
persists, contact the system administrator.
