Key/Indicator Function
Run Used to turn on the feeder and
transport system.
Stop Used to stop the feeder and
transport system. Documents in
the transport system when the
Stop key is pressed will be
scanned and placed in the Exit
Hopper before the transport
system stops.
Confirmation The confirmation tone/alarm
Tone/Alarm sounds under the following

• Feeder Clutch (dis)engages

• Incorrect key input

shorter or longer than the
specified length parameters
(one short tone)
• Footswitch is pressed
(one short tone)
• Bar Code Reader successfully
reads a bar code document
• Patch Reader successfully
reads a patch document
