This KODA K EK6 Instant Camera is warranted by Kodak to function pr operly for three years
from the date of
purchase . Kodak makes no other express warranty for this camera . This
warranty gives you speci fic legal rights, and you may also have other ri ghts which vary from
state to state.
Carefully read and
follow the inst ructions in the manu al to get good results and prevent
damage to your camera .
If this
KOD AK EK6 Inst ant Camera does not fu nction prop er ly wit hin three years after
purchase, Kod
ak will r epair it wi thout charge . If Ko da k is unable to repair it, the option
of replacement or refund of the purc hase pri ce will be available. These remedies are not
available if the came ra is damaged by misuse or other circ umst ances beyond Kod ak 's contro l,
or if the impro per fun ctioni ng of the camera is caused by failure to follow the care and
operating ins truct ions in the manual.
Repair, and the option of replacement or refund
