Clean the PIC Box
CAUTION
Make sure the eyelid is closed before the PIC box is cleaned. Damage to
the eyelid seal can occur if the eyelid is open.
4. Put on Kodak-approved gloves and then wet a spec wipe
(PN 0204647) with storage fluid (PN 6080012-01). Lightly wipe the
lower surface of the PIC box to remove ink build up (Figure 15).

CAUTION
Do not wipe across (front to back) the eyelid seal. Wipe along the length
(right to left) of the eyelid seal, or the eyelid seal will tear and damage the
eyelid.
CAUTION
Do not lift up on the eyelid seal. It can be easily knocked out of alignment
and damage can occur.
5. Swab the eyelid (see “Eyelid Seal Clean” in Kodak Prosper S10
Imprinting System Basic Operations Guide).
WARNING
Pinch hazard can cause damage to hands and fingers at these places:
• Between two buckets
• Between outer most bucket and bucket frame on the left side
• Between inner most bucket and bucket frame on the right side
6. Put the carriage rail back to its initial position (Figure 16).
a. Push in the carriage rail.
b. Rotate the lock handles clockwise.
7. If necessary, put the PIC box back to its initial position.
