Cooling system
u Place guiding rods in place of two screws 3.
u Place thermostat housing.
u Place screws 3.
u Remove guiding rods.
u Place remaining screws.
u Screw thermostat housing 2 with screws 3, 6.
u Tighten screws to torque according to tightening specifications.
Information
Vent coolant circuit at the end of installation.
Specific values
Thermostats LT start to open at 45 °C (113 °F) and are fully opened at 57 °C (135 °F).
Tightening specifications
Refer to standard tightening torques. (For more information see: 5.3 Standard tightening torques,
page 264.)

q Remove machinery HT cooling system piping.
