If your KRAL Water Pump isn't drawing suction, here's what you can check: * Ensure the pump suction line isn't closed by checking the shut-off devices and opening them if necessary. * Clean any soiled parts like the filter, suction line, suction valve, or strainer. * Reduce the suction head by adjusting the level difference, line length, or increasing the line cross-section. You could also heat up the pumped liquid or install a filter/strainer with a larger mesh width, ensuring you don't exceed the permissible mesh width. * Make sure the level in the intake container isn't too low; if it is, fill it up.
