  If the KRAL Water Pump motor is overloaded, first ensure that the motor frequency and voltage match the operating voltage. Also, make sure the motor speed matches the rating plate of the pump, adjusting if necessary. If the magnetic coupling is interrupted, stop and restart the pump immediately, avoid excessive differential pressures, and check if the pump has become stuck if this occurs repeatedly.

  If your KRAL Water Pump isn't drawing suction, start by checking all shut-off devices on the pump suction line to ensure they are open. Next, inspect and clean any soiled parts, such as the filter, suction line, suction valve, and strainer. Also, make sure that the level in the intake container is adequate, fill if needed, and ensure the pump has enough pumped liquid; add more if necessary.
