4. Drive the main screw 2 out of the pump flange 4 with light blows from a plastic hammer.
5. Remove the circlip6 in the pump flange. Pull the ball bearing10 out of the pump flange4 using a
suitable extractor.
6. Remove the idle screws24 from the pump housing1.

Personnel qualification: o Fitter
Personal protective equipment: o Work clothing
o Protective gloves
o Safety boots
Aids: o Mounting sleeve ball bearing

Risk of death for persons with cardiac pacemaker, metallic implant or neurostimulator.
► Under no circumstances may persons with cardiac pacemakers, metallic implant or
neurostimulator perform work on the pump/pump unit.
1. Clean the fitting surfaces, clean and grease the screw set carefully.

2. Insert the idle screws24 in the pump housing1.
3. Use the ball bearing mounting sleeveA to press the ball bearing10 into the pump flange4, and
fasten using the circlip6.
4. Press the main screw2 into the ball bearing in the pump flange until it stops.

5. Mount the supporting ring7 and circlip8.
6. Bond the new flat gasket3 on the pump housing1.
7. Slide the main screw with premounted pump flange into the pump housing until the main screw
engages into the idle screws. Turn the main screw in the process.
8. Tighten the socket screws at the pump flange with torque.
