7. Check Stream all elementary streams and click Stream.
8. Open VIA Collage client and click Features > Multimedia > Streaming
Player.
9. Type a name as the URL name.
10. The URL path takes the form:
rtsp://<local computer IP address>:8554/<name mentioned in step 6>
