For smooth cuts, the face of the saw blade must
be parallel to the edges of the saw base. This alignment is made at the
factory and user adjustment, shown below, should only be necessary
in rare circumstances, such as signicant impact to the saw base.
Toe-In Adjustment

paper approximately 0.010" thick between

0.010" no calibration is needed.
