Replacing wear parts
Use only genuine N--EUPEX flexible blocks as spare parts, to
ensure correct torque transmission and trouble--free operation.
Please note:
On types A and ADS, the flexibles can be replaced without axial
displacement of the coupled machines.
After the screwed connection between parts 2 and 3 has been
undone, part 3 can be shifted in axial direction. By rotating part
3, the flexible coupling blocks are freely accessible. To facilitate
axial displacement, sizes 225--430 are provided with forcing
threads in part 1. From size 440, the forcing threads are located
in part 3 (see illustrations).
For reassembly carefully follow the instructions in the sections
on ”Installation” and ”Commissioning”.
