Every 80 operating hours/every 40 operating hours when used for motorsports

Change the front brake fluid. ●
Change the rear brake fluid. ●
Change the hydraulic clutch fluid. ( p. 78) ●
Grease the steering head bearing. ( p. 64) ●
Check/set the carburetor components. ● ●
Perform a fork service. (EXC, XC‑W) ○ ● ●
Perform a fork service. (Six Days) ○ ● ●
Service the shock absorber. ● ●
Check the starter drive. (All 200/250/300 models) ● ●
Change the piston and check the cylinder. (All 125 models) ● ●
