Piston Ring and Connecting

Remove the piston rings using a piston ring tool.
2. Put the casting mark

on the piston as shown in figure.

Remove the piston pin

and separate the connecting rod

When installing the ring, assemble the rings

manufacturer’s mark

When installing the oil ring onto the piston, place the expander

Apply engine oil

the piston pin.

When installing the piston pin, immerse the piston in

minutes and insert the piston pin to the piston.
