Instructions for work

- Loosen belt tensioning bolt using box spanner (1).
- Slacken V-belts and check their condition.
- Remove belt tensioning bolt from its holder.
- Tip over jockey pulley (2).
- Remove the 4 V-belts (1).
- Remove bolts and washers (2).
- Exchange pulleys.
- Reinstall bolts and washers without tightening them
- Reinstall belts on pulleys.
- Reinstall belt tensioning bolt and washer on its
support.
- Tighten the tensioning bolt.
- Tighten pulley bolts using box spanner.
• Torque: 8.5 daN m (63 lbf ft).
- Reinstall the belt guard (2).
- Replace side guard (1).
Handle pulleys with care.
Pulleys must slide on their respective shafts
without effort. If this is not the case, clean
and coat the mating surfaces with grease
before sliding the pulleys on their shafts.
If the leaves are damaged and the stalks
crushed, reduce the rotor speed.
