Incorrect cutting height. Adjust the cutting height.
Incorrect mowing unit
floatation.
Adjust the mowing unit ground
pressure.
Tangled and down crops.
Reduce cutting height.
Increase the mowing unit
ground pressure.
Very wet working conditions.
Adjust the mowing unit ground
pressure.
Adjust the cutting height.
Leaves and stems are
damaged.
Conditioning too intense.
Adjust the conditioning
intensity.
Soil build up in front of the
cutterbar.
Too much cutterbar down
pressure.
Adjust the mowing unit ground
pressure.
Very wet working conditions.
Adjust the mowing unit ground
pressure.
Adjust the cutting height.
Obstruction of conditioning
rotor.
Insufficient rotor speed
(rotational frequency).
Check that the rotor drive belts
are correctly tensioned.
Too low PTO speed (rotational
frequency).
Increase the PTO speed and
check that the chosen input
speed corresponds to the
nominal tractor PTO speed.
Swath shields too closed. Open swath shields.
Belts stretched or worn. Tighten or replace the belts
