Replace all nylon bushes (1).

Step 6.
Reinstall the half gearcases
Reinstall spacers (1).
Position o
-
ring (2) on lower half gearcase .
Glue the 4 o
-
ring ends with quick setting glue.
Position upper half casing over lower half casing.
Reinstall 2 bolts on the ends to maintain half casings in
position.
