Ensure knives are installed correctly, with the arrow on the knife's upper face pointing in the disc's direction of rotation. Insufficient disk speed, often caused by loose belt tension, can also be a factor, so check the belt tension. Verify that the PTO speed is at the correct rotational frequency of 540 min-1. Lastly, a cutter bar pitch angle that is too high can cause this issue, so reduce the angle.
