8.4.1 Headland turn maneuvers
- Manoeuvre the cutterbar using the setting
into transport/work position cylinder.
- Activate single acting valve of the transport/work
positioning cylinder in the transport position
direction:
• Prompted by the limiter adjustment screw (1), the
headland turn valve (2) shuts off the supply to the
transport/work positioning cylinder.
The machine is in headland turn position.
The lift linkage kinematics simultaneously
lifts the leg and cutter bar off the ground.
8.4.2 Drive speed
- Adapt the forward speed to the working
conditions.
