Paper Output
Select either the top tray or the optional Face-up Rear Output Tray for the output stack.
EcoPrint
EcoPrint saves toner when printing.
Use this function for test prints or any other occasion when high quality print is not required.

File Name Entry
Adds a file name.
Additional information such as job number and date and time can also be set. You can check a job history or job
status using the file name, date and time, or job number specified here.
To add date and time, select [Date] and the [OK] key. To add job number, select [Job No.] and the [OK] key. To
add both, select [Job No. + Date] or [Date + Job No.] and the [OK] key.
Job Finish Notice
Sends E-mail notice when a job is complete.
Users can be notified of the completion of a job while working at a remote desk, saving the time spent waiting
beside the machine to finish.
Item Description
TopTray FaceDown Delivery to the Top Tray of the machine.
RearTray FaceUp Delivery to the optional Face-up Rear Output Tray (PT-320).
âĸ This function can be used for ECOSYS PA5000x/ECOSYS PA5500x/ECOSYS PA6000x.
âĸ The default setting for Paper Output can be changed.

Off Disables the function.
Job Finished Only Enter E-mail address directly. Enter the address (up to 256 characters) and select the
[OK] key.
