Correcting a Paper Jam
If a paper jam occurs while you are printing, remove the jammed paper as
described below. After you have removed the jammed paper, open and close the
top cover once.
Jam at the Face-down Tray and the Rear Cover
Open the rear cover and remove the
jammed paper as shown in the figure.
Jam at the Paper Cassette
Pull out the paper cassette and remove
the jammed paper.
Jam at the Duplexer
1 Open the rear cover and remove the jammed
paper as shown in the figure.
