Scheduled Reports
The printer can be configured to send reports on a fixed schedule. Setup Scheduled Reports after configuring the SMTP
connection.
1. From the IB-23 COMMAND CENTER, click the
Advanced
tab, and in the left menu, click
SMTP > E-mail

.

In Recipient 1 Address
, enter the recipient's e-mail address. You can easily send to multiple recipients by
entering a distribution list address.
3. Choose one or more items in
Scheduled Report Items
.
4. In
Scheduled Report Interval
, choose to send reports monthly, weekly, daily, or hourly.

:Monthly, weekly, and daily options are only valid when the printer has access to a network time server. The current
time can be set from the
Basic
tab of the COMMAND CENTER, in
Time
.
