Electrical Interfaces
The five connectors on the backside of MobileVu provide the electrical interface.
This section will identify each connector and purpose. Connectors are listed in order
from left to right as viewed from the rear of MobileVu.
DC 12V Input power – 12 volt DC nominal (9-15 V)
minimum 2.5 amps
4 pin Molex with positive lock
Pin 1 – Optional Remote Power Status
Pin 2 – Black Out Mode
Pin 3 – Ground
Pin 4 – 12V DC
Unit shuts off if voltage drops 10.3V DC or reaches
16.3V DC
Video Input – automatically adjust to RS-170 composite
(NTSC), RS-170A, and PAL
Standard BNC connector
VGA Input video signals are 0.9V to 0.75V @ 75Ω.
Sync signals are 0 to 5V TTL compatible
Standard 15 pin D-Sub connector
Touch RS-232/C communication (Input/output)
Standard 9 pin D-Sub connector
Audio Input
Standard 3.5mm plug
Features
Automatic Resolution
Detection and Settin
The display automatically adapts to non-native
resolutions of the LCD. The screen will adapt within
three seconds as resolutions are changed.
Display Setup OSD (On-Screen Display menu) allows manual
adjustments to fine-tune the display.
