How to fix no video on L3 Mobile-Vision Monitor?
    • D
      Doris DiazAug 5, 2025
If there is no video on your L3 Mobile-Vision Monitor, first ensure the Mobile Vu Display power button is on. The LED on the front should be lit. If that's not the issue, toggle the Input Select button on the rear of the display. Also, check the brightness control and increase it if it's too low. Ensure the MV-1 is powered up, and check the input power connector for 12 volts, as well as the fuse. Finally, inspect the MV-1 wiring harness and connectors for any damage, ensuring the VGA connector is properly seated and the cabling isn't damaged.

What to do if the touch screen is not working on my L3 Mobile-Vision Monitor?
    • S
      Stephanie BennettAug 20, 2025
If the touch screen on your L3 Mobile-Vision Monitor isn't working, start by ensuring the touch screen drivers are installed and properly configured; you'll need administrator access to make changes. Next, check the Mobile Vu wiring harness and connectors for damage, making sure the Serial Input connector is securely connected. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the touch screen may be defective and require replacement. Try connecting a known good touch screen to confirm.
