If the valve is open, the pump filter might be clogged, requiring replacement. Also, check the power pump to ensure it is connected and not blocked. A damaged water inlet solenoid valve may also be the cause, necessitating its replacement. Lastly, the filter of the water inlet solenoid valve may be clogged; clean or replace it.
