User manual for EBULLIOLOG (oponal)
- Doble-click on the icon of the le EBULLIOLOG to open the programme.
Set up :
- Click on the ag to choose your language.
- Click on the thermometer to obtain the right temperature scale.
Use :
- Aer calibraon, enter the following values :
Reference Temperature : It is the boiling
temperature of the standard wine.
Alcoholic reference : It is the alcoholic
content of the standard wine.
- Aer measuring the boiling point of the sample,
enter the value Sample temperature.
- Click on Calculaon of dosage to obtain the Alcohol
content of the sample.
Process for standard wine preparaon
- Prepare 10 liters of wine, stabilized and homogenized.
- Pour it in small asks of 250 ml.
- Have one or two of these asks checked at one/two laboratories with ocial
method (disllaon + densimetry) to obtain the value of the alcoholic degree.
- Keep the asks protected from light, between 5°C and 25°C.
