5.5.2 External Trigger Leakage Current
a. DC 50Ω
Recall Leakage - 50 ohm ext x1.lss or configure the DSO as shown in 5.5.1 and
make the following changes:
Select Setup trigger
Set Trigger on : EXT
Impedance : DC 50Ω
Connect the DMM to External.
Measure the voltage and enter it in Table 3. Compare it to the limits.
