Press the Flat Status button on the Home page to view details of the status of each flat;
Select a range of 8 flats to be viewed on-screen, e.g.
Note: if a range of flats has a red border then there’s at least 1 flat in that range with no activity.
The colour of the home symbol indicates the status of each flat;
Grey normal operation
Green I’m OK acknowledged
Red no activity (or failed to respond to I’m OK)
Yellow away mode
Blue intruder mode
Symbols will indicate if the intercom or door entry telephone is in privacy mode;
intercom privacy on – the resident can hear you calling, but you can’t hear them
door entry privacy on – the resident won’t get any calls from visitors at the door (the door entry panel will
display “NOT AVAILBLE”)
Click on More information to display details of the flat status.
Press < Back to Homepage when done.
