Switcho󰀨themachine.
Press and hold the button for switching
between speed and slide and the + button
to switch the machine on.
Keep all three buttons pressed for
about 3 seconds.
The slide performs its reference run.
The display shows approx. 240 as the upper value and approx. 40 as
thelowervalue.Switchmachineo󰀨atthemainswitchtosavethevalues.
Ifaslidereferenceruncannotbeperformed,thefollowingmessageashes
on the display: no slide calib.
Check the mechanical clearance of the slide and perform the reference
run again.
3.8 Setting the spreading width
The spreading width depends on the condition of the spreading material
and the speed of the spreading disc. The more coarse the spreading material,
the larger the possible spreading width.
1. Set the speed according to the spreading chart.
2. Set the casting blades according to the spreading chart.
