1.2.3 Power Concept
General Use the Leica Geosystems batteries, chargers and accessories or accessories
recommended by Leica Geosystems to ensure the correct functionality of the instru-
ment.
Power options Instrument
Power for the instrument can be supplied either internally or externally. An external
battery is connected to the instrument using a LEMO cable.
SmartAntenna
Power for the antenna is supplied internally.
Internal battery: One GEB221 battery fitted into the battery compartment.
External battery: One GEB171 battery connected via cable, or
Internal battery: One GEB211 battery fitted into the antenna.
